You just hired someone, and you know how the week goes. Same walkthrough, same questions, the same hour gone every time.
What if you built the guide once & handed everyone one link?
That is what ChatGPT 6 does now, and it is a real jump. Watch the full breakdown here 👇
How We Used ChatGPT 6 To Turn a Repeat Onboarding Into One Link
An operations lead keeps re-explaining the same first-week setup to every new hire. Instead, they hand the steps to ChatGPT 6, which builds a clickable onboarding guide & publishes it as one live link to share.
Get a Working Page You Can Share, Not Just a Rough Mockup
ChatGPT 6 (called Astra) is the first version that builds & finishes interactive things, then hands you the live link.
✅ Remembers the whole project, so a long build stays on track
✅ Builds real pages you can click through, not static drafts
✅ Uses your browser & other apps to get the job done
✅ Adjusts mid-build when you correct it, without starting over
✅ Publishes to a live link you share in one click
How We Did It
Here is the whole flow, using an onboarding guide as the example. The same steps work for almost anything interactive you build. Think of ChatGPT 6 as a fast builder: it does the heavy lifting, while you give it the content & make the final call. If you can describe what you want in a few sentences, you can do this.
1. Open ChatGPT & pick the GPT-6 Astra model
Click the model menu at the top of a new Work chat & choose GPT-6 Astra (that is the name of the new model). It is on the Plus, Pro, Business & Enterprise plans right now, but not the free plan yet. One heads-up: heavy building burns through usage fast, so if you plan to make a lot, a Pro plan holds up better than Business.

2. Set the reasoning effort
ChatGPT 6 lets you pick how hard it thinks, with options like Light, Medium, High, Max & Ultra. For almost everything, leave it on High, or drop to Medium when you want a faster answer. Skip Max unless you are in no rush, since some builds took over an hour on the highest setting.

3. Write a clear, detailed prompt & paste in your real content
Tell it exactly what you want, e.g.,
'Build a clickable onboarding guide for a new hire, with a welcome page, a first-week checklist & a separate page for each tool we use.'
Then paste in your actual steps, links & tool names so the guide fills with your real information, not placeholder text. The more specific you are, the less it has to guess.

💫 Level Up
Capture, Chat, Convert. Without Touching Your Budget.
HubSpot's free tools take teams from scattered touchpoints to a connected customer experience. Free forms, live chat, and landing pages all feed into HubSpot Smart CRM — so every interaction is tracked, logged, and ready to act on.
You Get:
Free form builder: Capture visitor info the second they're interested.
Free live chat: Meet them where they are — mid-scroll, mid-question, mid-decision.
Free landing page builder: Beautiful pages that convert, up in minutes.
And more...
4. Let it build, then correct it as it goes
This is the big change in this version. If a section is wrong or you want to move something, just tell it mid-task. It builds on what it already made instead of scrapping everything & starting over, so you keep all your progress. That alone saves the frustrating do-over loop older models used to put you through.

5. Publish it as a live link
ChatGPT 6 can publish your guide straight to a ChatGPT Site, so it becomes a real web page with a shareable link. Now every new hire opens the exact same guide, and you stop repeating that first-week walkthrough by hand. Build it once, share one link, & save the hour you used to lose to each new person.

6. Review it before you share
It is fast, but it is not perfect, and pages can be a little glitchy. Click through every page yourself, or ask ChatGPT to check the guide for anything unclear, broken, or missing, so a second set of eyes catches what you might overlook before it goes out.
Other Use Cases
This same build-and-share flow works far beyond onboarding. Anywhere you would build a page from scratch or explain the same thing twice, ChatGPT 6 can save you the repeat work:
📣 Marketing: publish an interactive product explainer visitors click through instead of reading a wall of text
🤝 Sales: turn a proposal into a clickable one-pager a prospect can explore on their own
🛟 Support: build a self-serve help page that answers your most common questions
🎓 Course creators: hand students an interactive lesson or quiz they work through at their pace
📊 Operations: spin a process doc into a clickable walkthrough the whole team can follow
💡 Bonus Pro Tips
Keep it as a live link, not a file: when you publish to a ChatGPT Site, everyone always opens the newest version, so you never re-send updated files or track who has which copy
Start on High, not Max: High handles almost every build & runs far faster, so save Max for the rare job worth waiting an hour on instead of watching a spinner
Reuse one good prompt as your template: once a build comes out right, save that prompt & swap in new details next time, which is where the time savings really stack up
