You've been getting Futurepedia in your inbox for a while. Today it gets a lot more useful.

Futurepedia 2.0 is live.

There's a new AI tool every day, and most of it is noise. So we rebuilt Futurepedia around one idea: you shouldn't have to sort through all of it to find the few tools that fit your job.

Here's how it works. You tell Futurepedia about your work: your role, your goals, your budget, and how much AI you've used. It builds you a dashboard around your answers. Basically, your own AI plan.

It's a short form, and your plan is ready as soon as you finish it.

Onboarding

Your own AI plan

Your first 3 steps on the Futurepedia dashboard: a tool stack, a use case, and a workflow picked for your role

Answer four quick questions and Futurepedia builds a dashboard around your answers. It asks for those four things so your plan fits your role and your budget, not someone else's.

  • Your first 3 steps: a tool stack, a use case & a workflow, all picked for your role

  • Tools & comparisons picked for your role

  • A place to save what you like

  • No technical background needed

Workflows

Step-by-step help for real tasks

Futurepedia 2.0 AI Workflows library

A workflow is basically a recipe for a real task, broken into steps. Like turning one long video into clips, captions, and posts. You can run one today.

  • Follow along one step at a time until the task is done

  • Save the ones you like

  • Build your own

Use Cases & AI Skills

Prompts & skills you can put to work

Futurepedia 2.0 AI Skills library

Use cases show how people in your role are actually using AI. A skill is basically a set of instructions that teaches Claude or ChatGPT how you like to work. You set it up once, and it remembers.

  • Copy & paste prompts built for your role

  • Download a skill so you stop re-explaining yourself every time

What's New Feed

Stay current without the noise

Futurepedia 2.0 What's New feed

AI tools change every week, and most updates don't matter to you. The What's New feed shows you the ones worth knowing about, so you don't have to chase every announcement.

  • Major releases & priority tools show up first

  • Recent updates only, so nothing feels stale

Tool Discovery

Everything you know, still here

Discover AI Tools page in Futurepedia 2.0

Finding the right tool is still a big part of Futurepedia. Now it's tuned to your role too.

  • Search for what you need

  • Browse categories

  • Compare tools side by side before you pay for anything
